Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at SUMIYAKI. We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at sumiyakixox@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct return shipping address.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and in its original, new condition.

  • Returned in all original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and certificates.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a non-resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Earrings: (Due to hygiene standards)

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Items: (Including custom engravings or sizes)

  • Items on Final Sale

Return Shipping

  • Cost: The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Refused Packages: We do not accept return packages if a shipping fee is requested upon delivery (such as C.O.D. or "postage due" packages). These packages will be refused and returned to the sender.

Item Condition & Loss in Value

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. This loss in value will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The Refund Process

1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
2. Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
3. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit (minus original shipping costs and any loss in value) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10 business days], depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sumiyakixox@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it for you promptly.
